Types Of Income
1. Retail Income :
Selling Phytocell Life Products directly to the customers is the first step to success and building a solid foundation for your business. Retail Selling is the surest method of earning immediate income even as you build a long term business and satisfied customers.
Retail income is the margin between the prices at which the preferred customer / distributor purchases the products (Distributor Price / DP) and the price at which these products are sold (Maximum Retail Price / MRP). Preferred Customers / Distributors in Phytocell Life Compensation Plan can earn Retail income from 35-50% on MRP of the products.
Notes & Terminology :
- DP is referred as Distributor Price
- MRP is referred as Maximum Retail Price
- Retail Income is not calculated and paid by the company.
- Phytocell Life reserves the right to further give discount on any product below DP.
2. Sponsor Income :
Once a preferred customer becomes an Independent Distributor in Phytocell Life Compensation Plan by purchasing a distributor package, he / she can start referring Phytocell Life products to his / her friends and relatives. Every time his / her referred friend buys the Phytocell Life Distributor package, you are entitled to earn Sponsor Income of 32% of Package Business Volume purchased by his / her friend.
For Example:
Distributor U has referred Phytocell Life products to 3 of his friends A, B & C. All 3 of his friends purchased Distributor packages as mentioned below:
A – Bronze Package (50 BV) B – Silver Package (100 BV) C – Silver Max Package (100 BV)
Distributor You will earn Sponsor Income as mentioned below:
A – 32% of 50 BV = 16 BV
1 BV = Rs. 48/-
16 BV = 16 x 48 = 768/-
B – 32% of 100 BV = 32 BV
32 BV = 32 x 48 = 1536/-
C – 32% of 100 BV = 32 BV
32 BV = 32 x 48 = 1536/-
Total Sponsor Income earned from 3 distributors = 768 + 1536 + 1536 = 3840/-

- Sponsor income is calculated on daily basis and paid on weekly basis.
- Daily Closing Period: Everyday Midnight 00:00 am to Next night 23:59 pm
- Payout Period: Every Sunday 00:00 am to Every Saturday 23:59 pm payout will be released on every Wednesday
- Active Business is calculated after all cancellations and refunds deducted from the current payout period
- Company reserves the right to change / modify the Sponsor Income
3. Business Matching Income
When a Distributor introduces a preferred customer directly and such preferred customer buys a distributor package and becomes a distributor of Phytocell Life and he / she too further introduces other preferred customers / distributors, it makes a team. Sale of each distributor package in team generates business volumes for the line of introducer Distributors.
Phytocell Life Compensation Plan gives wonderful incomes on building team. Business Matching Income is calculated from your placement tree, which has 2 group, a left and a right. You will be compound based on successfully building sales volume within the placement tree. As your team begins to grow you are entitude to earn incentive based on the total Team Business Volume generated in your weaker group.
For Example:
A preferred customer becomes an Independent Distributor by purchasing a Bronze package of 50 BV and further introduces sales of 50 BV in team A and 100 BV in team B, the sponsor distributor earns Business Matching Income of 16% on BV's generated in Team A as well as matching BV's in Team B. Any unpaid BV gets carry forward to the following week as long as the distributor remains active.

4. ROLL UP INCOME
Phytocell Life Compensation Plan provides a Roll up income of 32% to all its Independent Distributors. When a preferred customer become a Distributor with Bronze Package in Phytocell Life Compensation plan and refers a friend with Silver Distributor he / she is eligible to earn a Roll up income of 20% and rest of 12% will be paid to the Silver and above rank distributor Insponsor series in the upward network. Similarly distribution of Roll up income for all distributors is mention below:

5. REPURCHASE INCOME:
Repurchase income is another pillar of Phytocell Life Compensation Plan. Repurchase income is paid to the distributors in the form
of Level Income. This is the simplest form of income to compensate distributors on the business generated in different levels
in their team. Distributors are compensated with 80% of business volume generated in 15 levels under his / her team.

6. LEADERSHIP CHEQUE MATCH:
To encourage Leadership, Phytocell Life Marketing Plan rewards their Independent Distributors with Leadership Income. This Leadership Income is paid to the Distributors on the basis of the Repurchase Income paid to the direct sponsored Distributors in their personal enrolled team and to the sponsored distributors in their personal enrolled teams. Phytocell Life Marketing Plan rewards 60% of Repurchase Income as Leadership Bonus in the upward network upto 10 levels of sponsored distributors as mentioned in the below table

6. MAGICAL REWARDS:
Phytocell Life Compensation plan appreciates the hard work done by the Independent Distributors in promoting sales in the form of magical rewards. Independent Distributors can earn 2% of reward points on sponsoring and Business Matching. The calculation of Reward points is calculated as per below mentioned example:
A distributor has purchased a bronze package and sponsored 2 friends A & B, from which A friend purchased a Silver package and B friend purchased a Gold Package. Now, the Sponsor Distributor will earn reward points as mentioned below:
A = Silver Package (100 BV) = 8% of 100 BV = 8BV
B = Gold Package (600 BV) = 8% of 600 BV = 48 BV
Total 56 BV
Sponsor Distributor also earns reward points on BV Matching of both friends, i.e, 4% of 100 BV matching = 4 BV.
Now the total of 60 BV will be treated as Reward points.
Here, 1 BV is equal to Rs.8/-.
Now the total of 60 BV = 8 x 60
= Rs. 480/-
